Sacraments

Baptism
Preparation to the Sacrament of Baptism must begin at least two months prior to the date of the baptism. Parents and god-parents of children under the age of 6 years old are required to attend a pre-baptismal preparation class. Immaculate Conception Church offers this class on the first Monday of each month at 6:30pm in the church. No reservation is necessary.

Sacrament of Reconciliation
Offered each Saturday from 3:45 to 4:30pm.

Marriage
Preparation for marriage must begin at least six months prior to wedding date. This begins with an appointment with our pastor. You may schedule your wedding date with the pastor, taking into account his availability and that of the church. Items needed for your preparation are:

  • Current copy of Baptismal Certificate including all notations of First Communion and Confirmatio
  • Completed Pre-Nuptial Investigation and Information form
  • Couple to attend Engaged Encounter Weekend (register at www.mcee.org)
  • Other Preparatory Meetings with the Pastor

First Communion and Confirmation
These Sacraments are offered through our Religious Education Program and require a two year preparation period. Contact the parish office to register your children.
